Welcome to Kurd Domina. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App") and related services. By using Kurd Domina, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Please read this document carefully to understand our data practices.

We collect various types of information to provide and improve our services, including:

  • Profile Information: Name, email address, User ID, and profile image.
  • Authentication Data: Information received when you sign in via Google or Apple.
  • Game Data: Game statistics, scores, match history, and rankings.
  • Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and crash logs to maintain stability.
  • Transaction Data: Records of in-app purchases (we do not process or store full payment card details directly).
  • Communications: Support messages and inquiries sent to us.

3. Global Leaderboard

Leaderboard Transparency: To foster competition, Kurd Domina features a Global Leaderboard. If you choose to participate, your scores, username, User ID, profile image, and ranking may be uploaded to our servers and made publicly visible to other players.

We request your explicit consent before uploading your data to the global leaderboard. You are informed prior to upload, and you can decline participation where supported by the App settings. If you decline, you can still play the game, but your stats will not appear on global public rankings.

4. Account Creation

You may create an account using an email address or third-party authenticators such as Apple or Google Sign-In. The information provided during account creation is used solely to maintain your profile, save your game progress, and allow cross-device play.

5. Account Deletion

You have full control over your account. You can permanently delete your account directly inside the app at any time.

How to delete your account:

  1. Open the Kurd Domina app.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Tap on Account.
  4. Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.

When you delete your account, your profile, scores, match history, and associated personal data are permanently deleted or fully anonymized on our servers, except where retention is strictly legally required (such as purchase receipts for tax purposes). Please note that signing in again after deletion will create a brand new account and will not restore deleted game data.

6. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are securely processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Kurd Domina does not directly collect, process, or store your full credit card or banking details. Purchases made are associated with your user account to unlock relevant features or items within the game.

7. Camera and Photo Library

If you choose to upload a custom avatar, the App may request access to your device's camera or photo library. This access is strictly limited to allowing you to select and upload a profile image. We do not scan or collect images from your library other than the specific image you choose to upload.

8. Data Usage

We use your information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the game experience.
  • Manage your account and save your progress.
  • Display your profile on the Global Leaderboard (subject to your consent).
  • Respond to your customer support requests.
  • Identify and fix bugs or crashes.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

  • With other players: Your username and profile image (if you participate in multiplayer or leaderboards).
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.

10. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies (such as cloud hosting providers or analytics services) to facilitate our App. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, such as maintaining your active account. If you request account deletion, data is removed as described in Section 5.

12. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

13. Children's Privacy

Kurd Domina does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the applicable age of consent in their jurisdiction without parental approval. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information unlawfully, we will immediately delete such data from our servers.
